President
Mindy Bohannon
Mindy has been on the Washington DC Metro board since 2015, and President since 2020, working to keep the chapter going through the good and tough times. In her role, she works with other chapters, potential speakers, and the IIBA Global parent organization.
Mindy has expertise in business, data, and process analysis, at all levels of an organization, and thrives in an agile iterative environment. She is also a scrum master with a retro for every type of moment and a Swiss army knife style of skills to help projects and stakeholders where needed. For professional fun, she is an experienced speaker at IIBA chapter events, PM*BA World, BBC, BA & Beyond and many others. CBAP since 2018.

VP Of Technology
Sylvie Dan
Sylvie Dan is an experienced Business Analyst, Enterprise Architect, and Project Manager specialized in AI software requirements engineering. Skilled in Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and Python programming, she holds certifications including CCBA, PMP, CSM, ITIL V3, and TOGAF. She is also an international speaker.
Sylvie manages projects involving Mobile Health applications, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision Support (CDS), and AI solutions leveraging Deep Learning. She developed the innovative methodology called Enterprise AI Transformation Blueprint™ through Ovation Consult™ and founded Allô Community, a bilingual training and mentoring platform supporting certifications in Project Management, Business Architecture, and Business Analysis.

Chelsea Learned
Chelsea Casanave Learned is an experienced Operations and Product Manager with a focus on Customer Experience (CX) and bridging technical and non-technical teams.
Her love of writing and teaching, along with her love of building scalable software, tech stacks, and processes, set her onto the BA path long before she knew the art had a name.
Now, she is excited to serve the DC and other chapters by finding and delivering interesting learning and development opportunities that will forward Business Analysis as a profession and philosophy.

Morad Mziout
Morad Mziout is a highly accomplished quadrilingual Consultant, Mentor, and Trainer with 18 years of experience in enterprise business architecture and analysis, supporting organizations across diverse industries. He has been dedicated to driving positive transformation and sustainable growth through specialized consulting, mentoring, and training services, backed by an extensive portfolio of certifications, including CBA®, TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, BIAN®, CBAP™, PMI-PBA®, CGEIT®, CBCP®, PMP®, LSSGB™, Prosci®, PMI-ACP®, and SAFe-PO/PM®.
An active leader in the professional community, Morad serves as Co-Team Lead and Primary Contributor at the Business Architecture Guild and as Vice President of Communication for the Washington, DC Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Recognized for his thought leadership and industry contributions, he has delivered numerous seminars, webinars, and training sessions, authored several publications, and has been featured as a Top Business Architecture Voice on LinkedIn, a distinguished professional in Marquis Who’s Who, and a visionary leader to follow in 2025 in Enterprise World magazine.

VP of Outreach
Clarence Worrell
Clarence is a business analyst with 20 years experience working with clients in both the Federal and commercial sectors. He currently works for J-Mack Technologies on contract to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he serves as a Technical Requirements Analyst and Scrum Master. Clarence received his CBAP certification in 2016 and holds an MS in Operations Research.
Before becoming a business analyst, Clarence worked as an electromagnetic compatibility engineer for various clients including the U.S. Navy and Nextel Communications.
